Private classes are a great way to express yourself without feeling self-conscious. Before my classes I like to consult with my students to find out their interests, strengths and weaknesses then I tailor a session to fit their needs.
During our session, I ensure that my students feel comfortable and get the individual attention they might have missed from a group setting or workshop while focusing on technique, specific workouts or stretches, and moves that will improve their ability and confidence.
Depending on my current location we can meet in person or schedule a virtual class on Zoom.
